The Studio is a large 6000 sq ft private facility designed for any production. Located close to the CBD in the upscale, hip and commercial area of Koramangala, it is the only studio of its size in city limits and is armed with a dedicated studio manager on call, private VIP rooms upon request, a large 3 walled cyclorama and 30” ceiling complete with a grid making it an ideal space for film and photo shoots.
The studio also features a 450 square foot outdoor Mezzanine and a stunning 750 square foot outdoor space for some versatility in your studio shoots or simply for your crew to hangout and enjoy a good meal.
The studio and its large, outdoor space make for an exceptional shoot experience. It also features a make up and costume room and a discussion room.

- - No Smoking on Shoot Floor - No Catering/Eating allowed on Shoot Floor - Shoot floor to be handed over in same condition as before shoot - The above cost is valid for the above decided shoot dates only. - 100% of the payment is to be cleared in advance in order to start the set work/ shoot on the said date. - 100% of total cost will be billed against cancellation after confirmation of project. - Wi-Fi dongle is available for use at a cost of 400/- per day. - FOR FILM SHOOTS - total film lights output above 5Kva will not be supported on the Studio's generator. - Studio generator diesel / running charges will be separate and additional to studio rental charges and will be billed on actuals_@10 litres per hour. - studio generator rental charges per day @ 2000/- - Generator oil change cost @ Rs 500/- per day - Production house booking studio must arrange for separate generator for their heavy light usage. Client is aware and agrees to this upon confirming studio booking. - If shoots exceeding more than 10hrs, additional hours will be charged @ 2000/- per hour. - Setting day / Dismantling day is billed @ 50% of the shoot day rate. - No air conditioner or generator will be switched on setting day. - The offer is subject to Force Majeure and Rain Clause. - 18% GST tax is applicable on the above amount and on every bill raised.
Terms and Conditions
- To book any location with GoReccie, the user must complete the payment of the agreed fees in full.
- The Host is allowed to collect a refundable security deposit at the time of booking and will be retained in case of damages.
- Hosts need to be informed of the crew size in advance.
- A recce fee may be applied for physical site visits before the shoot. All fees will be adjusted against bookings. Please contact us for more details.
- The User is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses
and permissions if required.
- A written permit from the host is required for the user to utilize drones or other aerial devices.
- Any location from GoReccie will only be available for the date and time as per the booking.
- Booking on GoReccie will include a buffer time for setup and dismantling. Please note that if the given time is exceeded, an additional charge may be payable.
- A half day (4 hours) booking will include 1 additional hour
- A full day (8 hours) booking will include 2 additional hours
- Cancellations are not permitted after payment. Reasonable changes may be considered upon request with prior notice. Changes are subject to availability and at the host's discretion.
- No modifications to the property's interiors or exteriors are permitted. All premises need to be cleaned up and returned in original condition to the host. Usage of tennis balls or ample padding under equipment will prevent damages to the host property.
- Users may request the temporary removal or relocation of furnishings during the shoot, with the obligation to restore them afterward.
- Hosts approval is required for any use of spray paints, color splashing, fire or special effects during the shoot.
- Users must arrange power or backup if unavailable on the host's property.Such information will be communicated through GoReccie's listing.
- Properties booked on GoReccie can only be used for Shooting purposes and allied services. No other activities are permitted on the premises.
- Users are responsible for the safety of their crew.
- Consumption of Alcohol/ illegal substances is strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Shooting of any content that can be termed “Bold” is not permitted by GoReccie.
- Adherence to host rules & regulations is non negotiable
