Located in the production area of Mira Road, this custom-built studio set replicates a standard commercial train compartment. The space is constructed entirely for media production, providing a localized alternative to filming on a live transit network.
The layout consists of two primary interior zones:
1. The Passenger Bogie: An interior cabin fitted with rows of passenger berths, overhead storage racks, wide viewing windows, and central aisle spacing.
2. The Corridor: The narrow transition section of the train car, featuring replica sliding compartment doors, metal handrails, and a simulated entry platform area.
The structure is fully detailed to mirror standard regional rail carriages, complete with fixed interior signage, emergency levers, and uniform lighting fixtures. This dedicated layout provides a ready-made background for travel-based narratives, transit scenes, and dialogue sequences.
