- Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose sessions follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your engineer will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session. Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible to pay for the entire session. Out of respect and consideration to your engineer and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment: A 50% advance is required for booking confirmation. The balance due is to be cleared within 5 working days of final delivery.
3. Cancellation:
• If a confirmed booking is cancelled 6 days prior to the scheduled session, a cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted.
• If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 2 days before the scheduled session, the advance paid is not refundable.
4. Duration:
Includes setup and packing.
Overtime charges may apply for makeup, styling, set creation, and packing.
5. Equipment and Facilities: As specified, extra needs may incur charges.
6. Damages:The client is charged & responsible for any damages to the equipment.
7. Rescheduling: Subject to availability, 2 days notice. Charge incurred for rescheduling less than 12 hours.Rescheduling Charges: 15% of the studio package booked.
