- The Studio rent will START from the booking time declared by the client, not an actual time when the shoot starts. The client is responsible in every way for any damages that happen during the session. Without regards to whoever damages the studio property, the client will be responsible and will be charged as per actuals. Use of Spray Paints, smoke bombs, flour/or any kind of powder, splashing of colorful water is strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Please throw your Cigarette buds in the Trashbin kept in the balcony. The society will levy a fine of Rs. 10,000/- if buds found in the balcony and that will have to be borne by the client. We expect the clients and crew to maintain basic Hygiene and cleanliness during the shoot. We will definitely do our bit and expect the same from you. Please do not LITTER neither the studio premises nor the society premises. All and any type of food / catering is allowed inside the studio area. Nothing will be allowed outside the studio in the corridor. As per the new commercial society rules, Nothing is allowed to be kept outside the studio in the corridor. Not even empty boxes, extra chairs, production stuff or Extra stands and lights. The society levies a fine of Rs.25,000/- if these rules get violated. The client will be responsible for the cost if it happens. There is no LIFT in the building. Our studio is on the 1st floor with less number of stairs, so its manageable to get things up. Parking is a big problem in Laxmi Industrial estate. A max of 2 cars can be parked in our assigned parking by the society. Rest need to figure out themselves outside the estate. VANITY VANS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES. The Studio assistants/manager are only responsible for helping the photographer to change backgrounds, change or fix lights and softboxes and maintain the basic hygiene of the studio. They will not be getting any cigarettes / water bottles / snacks / tea-coffee for anyone. Neither will they be serving food and beverages to the clients.
Terms and Conditions
- To book any location with GoReccie, the user must complete the payment of the agreed fees in full.
- The Host is allowed to collect a refundable security deposit at the time of booking and will be retained in case of damages.
- Hosts need to be informed of the crew size in advance.
- A recce fee may be applied for physical site visits before the shoot. All fees will be adjusted against bookings. Please contact us for more details.
- The User is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses
- A written permit from the host is required for the user to utilize drones or other aerial devices.
- Any location from GoReccie will only be available for the date and time as per the booking.
- Booking on GoReccie will include a buffer time for setup and dismantling. Please note that if the given time is exceeded, an additional charge may be payable.
- A half day (4 hours) booking will include 1 additional hour
- A full day (8 hours) booking will include 2 additional hours
- Cancellations are not permitted after payment. Reasonable changes may be considered upon request with prior notice. Changes are subject to availability and at the host's discretion.
- No modifications to the property's interiors or exteriors are permitted. All premises need to be cleaned up and returned in original condition to the host. Usage of tennis balls or ample padding under equipment will prevent damages to the host property.
- Users may request the temporary removal or relocation of furnishings during the shoot, with the obligation to restore them afterward.
- Hosts approval is required for any use of spray paints, color splashing, fire or special effects during the shoot.
- Users must arrange power or backup if unavailable on the host's property.Such information will be communicated through GoReccie's listing.
- Properties booked on GoReccie can only be used for Shooting purposes and allied services. No other activities are permitted on the premises.
- Users are responsible for the safety of their crew.
- Consumption of Alcohol/ illegal substances is strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Shooting of any content that can be termed “Bold” is not permitted by GoReccie.
